Before commencing services, clients must enter into a service agreement with Bloom Senior Homecare. This agreement outlines the specific services to be provided, the schedule of services, and the fees associated with those services. Clients are required to pay for services according to the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement. Payments can be made by check, credit card, or electronic transfer. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges, including a late fee of [Insert Percentage]% per month on the outstanding balance.
Clients may cancel services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health, preferences, and care needs. Clients must also ensure a safe environment for our caregivers and provide necessary supplies and equipment for the provision of services. This includes but is not limited to:
Our caregivers are trained professionals who are expected to provide compassionate and reliable care. Clients should treat caregivers with respect and report any concerns about caregiver conduct to Bloom Senior Homecare immediately. Caregivers are prohibited from:
Bloom Senior Homecare will make every effort to provide high-quality care. However, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the provision of services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloom Senior Homecare, its employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of our services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. This includes but is not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services or these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to clients. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for updates.
These Terms and the relationship between the client and Bloom Senior Homecare are governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.

These Terms, along with the service agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the client and Bloom Senior Homecare. Any amendments or modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties. No verbal agreements or representations shall override these written Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure of Bloom Senior Homecare to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
